Frequently Asked Questions
The asterisk means that this is the price for a "glass-only" repair. How do you know if you need a glass-only repair or glass+LCD? Glass-only means the screen is cracked or shattered but the picture underneath is still visible with no dark spots, bright spots, or lines. The touch function also has to fully work to qualify for glass-only.
Great question! All the new features that we love about our phones drive up the cost of replacements parts. Some examples are 3D Touch, curved glass, LED back lighting, and 4K high-resolution displays. Our prices are based off the cost of the parts. We actually make very little profit on the newer models such as the iPhone 7 and Galaxy S7.
Another great question! Apple requires appointments and is not in a convenient location for most people. We also beat their price on most models, have you in and out in under 30 minutes, and offer a lifetime warranty on all of our screens! Apple offers no additional warranty for repairs, your coverage period is based on when the phone was purchased!
Data loss is always a possibility when opening a phone but breathe easy, our certified technicians have less than a 0.1% rate of data loss. We use industry-leading static control equipment and we never take shortcuts that could lead to data loss.
Making a backup is always recommended before having your phone serviced but you can trust that we will do everything possible to protect your important data.
